Listing information may include information supplied by sellers, listing brokers, participating MLS organizations, public records, and other sources. Listing status, price, availability, photographs, property characteristics, and other information may change without notice.

Sterling Real Estate Group does not independently guarantee every item of information contained within a property listing. Users should independently verify information that is important to their real estate decisions.

7. Market Reports, Statistics, and Website Content

The Site may contain market reports, neighborhood statistics, average or median prices, inventory information, property counts, days-on-market information, community descriptions, maps, guides, and other real estate-related content.

Market information is provided for general informational purposes. Statistics may represent different reporting periods, geographic boundaries, property types, methodologies, or data sources.

Property listing photographs, listing descriptions, data, logos, trademarks, and other third-party materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

No license or ownership interest in Site content is transferred to you by your use of the Site.

14. User-Submitted Information

When you submit information through the Site, you represent that you have the right to provide that information and that the information is not knowingly false, unlawful, or infringing.

Information submitted through forms may be used as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide requested services, maintain business records, protect the Site, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

15. DMCA Copyright Policy

Sterling Real Estate Group respects the intellectual property rights of others. Anyone who believes their work has been reproduced in a way that constitutes copyright infringement may notify our agent by providing the following information:
